- Co-define the product with all stakeholders (Product Manager and the Delivery team).
- Establish the product vision and ensure its communication.
- Assist in writing, breaking down, and estimating User Stories, collaborating with the team.
- Ensure functional management.
- Participate in validating assumptions and needs with the Product Manager and business teams.
- Maximize the value of the product and the development team’s work.
- Ensure proper sequencing of development tasks.
- Serve as the single point of contact for Backlog management and prioritization.
- Validate completed User Stories.
- Promptly respond to developer inquiries.
- Actively participate in team ceremonies.
- Coordinate product delivery: Define and validate its content and delivery date once approved by the developers.
- Promote continuous product improvement through learning loops driven by multi-level indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor technical debt related to the product.
- Stay informed about market trends within the relevant domain (growth, contraction, competition, innovation).

- Assess the maturity in terms of DevSecOps practices (actors, processes, tools)
- Propose a device and a trajectory to reach a target maturity level and identify quick wins
- Contribute to the training of teams on DevSecOps and evaluate their skills
- Support the actors in the daily implementation of good practices
- Describe desired implementations and follow the realization effort
- Provide support for the realization (CI/CD, measuring devops)
- Provide mentoring through code review (craftmanship), feedback during demos and challenging the description of user stories
- Document and disseminate information about DevSecOps
- Participate in the DevSecOps practice community by hosting events and social media networks
